This program supports participants in moving beyond survival by:
• Naming lived experiences without shame
• Understanding trauma, power, and control
• Exploring identity beyond harm
• Rebuilding voice, boundaries, and self-worth
• Duration: 6–10 weeks
• Format: Weekly group sessions (60–90 minutes)
• Setting: In-person or virtual
• Population: Adult women (18+)
• Breaking silence and reclaiming voice
• Understanding trauma responses and survival patterns
• Power, control, and systems impact
• Identity, self-worth, and internal beliefs
• Boundaries, autonomy, and decision-making
• Reclaiming narrative and future vision
Undoing the Silence is:
• Survivor-led
• Trauma-informed
• Non-judgmental and reflective
• Grounded in real-life experience and systems awareness
Participants will:
• Develop language to describe their experiences
• Increase self-awareness and emotional understanding
• Strengthen personal boundaries and decision-making
• Rebuild confidence and sense of identity
• Engage in supportive peer connection
• Group facilitation
• Peer support integration
• Workshops and speaking engagements
• Staff training on survivor-centered practices
