    Held no Longer

This book is more than a story it's a release, a reckoning, and a reclaiming of my truth. For years, I stayed silent. But silence is its own kind of prison. Sharing my story is not about blame—it’s about healing, liberation, and stepping into freedom.

If you’ve ever felt unseen or silenced, this is for you. Let’s walk this path toward truth, healing, and hope—together.

Understanding Generational Sexual Abuse: 5 Quick Insights

    1. It’s Cycle: Abuse can repeat across generations if left unaddressed.
    2. Truth Is Complex: Abusers may also be caregivers. Both things can be true.
    3. Silence Fuels Harm: Speaking out—safely—is a powerful disruptor.
    4. Healing Takes Time: There's no one path. Be patient with the process.
    5. You’re Not Alone: Support exists. Connection brings strength.

    Echoes in the Mind

This book came to life on April 20, 2025, after I shared part of my story publicly. What followed were unexpected truths, opened conversations, and a breaking of the silence around familial exploitation.

Within these pages are deeply personal accounts that reveal the hidden realities of abuse within the family—where harm is inflicted by those meant to protect. These experiences reflect the confusion, conditioning, and emotional complexity many survivors struggle to name.

This book supports survivors navigating familial trafficking, sexual exploitation, and abuse, offering language, validation, and insight into often misunderstood experiences. It also serves as a tool for recovery programs, treatment facilities, and professionals—including medical providers, social workers, and therapists—providing survivor-centered perspectives on trauma and its lasting impact.

These are unfiltered, lived experiences that expose cycles of abuse that are intimate, generational, and too often silenced.

The truth is difficult—but it is necessary for healing, accountability, and change.

    Imprints of the past

    Imprints of the past

This step journal was created by Linnora Whaley and Carol Murrell my mother, a survivor of abuse who also struggled with addiction and, at times, caused harm. Her story reflects the complex reality that trauma, substance use, and harmful behaviors can coexist.

After her passing on August 29, 2023, I discovered her writings and knew they needed to be shared.

This journal is designed to support individuals impacted by familial exploitation, addiction, and complex trauma, while also serving as a tool for recovery programs, treatment facilities, and professionals seeking to better understand these experiences.

It is my hope that these words create space for reflection, healing, accountability, and growth.

    Queens Dont Play

What Queens Don’t Play is a story rooted in survival, shaped by pain, and carried by truth. It is for those who grew up in environments that were anything but safe where drugs, abuse, and trauma were everyday realities.

This is for those who had to grow up too fast. For those who learned to survive before they ever had the chance to live. For those who carried pain in silence, questioned their worth, and kept going anyway.

Every queen has a story some spoken, others buried beneath survival, strength, and the need to keep moving forward.

There were moments when the pain pushed me to the edge. But resilience carried me through and gave me the strength to share what once felt impossible to say.

This book is not just about what was lost, but what was found in surviving identity, strength, and the power of reclaiming your voice.

If you’ve ever felt broken, overlooked, or silenced this is for you.
If you’ve fought battles no one else could see this is for you.
If you’re still learning how to heal while carrying everything you’ve been through this is for you.

Because every queen survives. And every queen has a story that deserves to be told.
