Support Group for Survivors of Familial Sexual Abuse

This dedicated support group is specifically created for survivors of familial sexual abuse, offering a safe, compassionate space to begin or continue the journey toward healing. We provide trauma-informed care that includes emotional support, practical coping strategies, and the strength of a shared community.

Through guided discussions, peer support, and professionally-facilitated sessions, participants are empowered to process their experiences, rebuild trust, and regain a sense of control over their lives. Our group fosters resilience, encourages personal growth, and connects individuals with others who truly understand the complexities of healing from abuse within the family.

One-on-One coaching for Adult Survivors of Familial Sexual Abuse

We provide one-on-one mentoring for adult survivors of familial sexual abuse, led by a visionary mentor who is also a survivor of familial sexual exploitation. This lived experience fosters a deep level of empathy, trust, and understanding—creating a space where survivors feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

Our mentoring approach is personalized and trauma-informed. We take the time to understand each individual’s unique experiences and needs, working collaboratively to identify gaps in support and connect survivors with the resources necessary for healing, stability, and growth.

Having a relatable guide who has not only survived but thrived can be a transformative force in the healing process. Whether you're just beginning your journey or continuing to work through complex layers of trauma, this mentorship offers connection, empowerment, and hope.

• Youth between the ages of 14+ who have experienced incest or familial sexual exploitation.
• Youth who are Involved with the child welfare system, youth residing at home or in residential programs, group homes, foster care, juvenile detention centers, and psychiatric units.
• Adults who are survivors of familial sexual abuse

• Part 1"Threads of Strength: A Healing Journey Through Fashion and Creativity" 
• Is a 10 session transformative, trauma-informed curriculum designed for youth who have experienced familial sexual exploitation. This program uses the empowering tools of fashion, creativity, and sewing to help participants reclaim their identities, rebuild their self-worth, and foster healing. Through a series of five engaging and therapeutic sessions, participants will explore the connections between trauma, self-expression, and the body, all while developing practical sewing skills.
